Pursuant to the regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on intimation received from Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Kirloskar Electric Company has informed that a request has been received from shareholder on November 30, 2022 for the issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu of old share certificate as details is enclosed.
