Suzlon Energy transfers 51.05% shareholding in Vayudoot Solarfarms to Aries Renewables

Suzlon Energy has completed transfer of its entire 51.05% shareholding in Vayudoot Solarfarms to Aries Renewables on December 03, 2022 and accordingly Vayudoot has ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company. The Company sold its balance stake in Vayudoot Solarfarms for a consideration of Rs 14.23 crore.
