Share India Securities has received an approval from Board of Directors to sell entire equity shares i.e 5,00,000 shares in Share India Commodity Brokers (Associate Company). Pursuant to the aforesaid transfer of shares, the Share India Commodity Brokers would cease to be Associate of the Company. The Board of Directors of company at its meeting held on December 05, 2022, inter-alia, considered & approved the same.
