Sequoia Capital India Investments IV, an affiliate of Sequoia Capital India, has sold shares of Go Fashion (India) for Rs 228 crore through an open market transaction. As per the bulk deal data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Sequoia Capital India Investments IV offloaded 20 lakh scrips of the company at an average price of Rs 1,140.14 per piece, taking the transaction value to Rs 228 crore.
Go Fashion (India) is engaged in the development, design, sourcing, marketing, and retailing of a range of women's bottom-wear products under the brand, 'Go Colors'.
