Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulation’), Nibe has informed that the Company has received Letter of Award dated December 06, 2022 from Goa Shipyard for supply of Mild Steel and High Tensile Steel Plates with shot blasting and priming for Main Hull and Superstructure of Floating Dock for a total consideration of Rs 25.18 crores.
