Srei Infrastructure Finance has informed that the 24th meeting of the Consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Srei Infrastructure Finance (the company) and Srei Equipment Finance was duly convened and conducted on Wednesday, December 07, 2022 from 2:00 PM onwards. The meeting was held at Crystal Hall, VITS International Hotel, Andheri Kurla Road, Sahar Airport Road Zone, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400059 and was also attended virtually by certain members. At the aforesaid meeting, the Consolidated Committee of Creditors discussed the way forward in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of SIFL and SEFL.
