Consequently, the company's stake in Brillare has been increased from 77.53% to 80.59% on Issued & Paid-up capital of the said subsidiary company. Brillare Science is a professional beauty care company offering products in skin, hair & body care for professional salon and home use. It owns Brillare Science and Root Deep brand.
