Kirloskar Electric Company has executed a Sale Deed on December 08, 2022 effecting the sale of the Company’s non-core asset of 10.81 acre of land situated at Gudimangalam village, Tirupur district, Tamil Nadu for a consideration of Rs 2.10 crore. Earlier, in October 2022, the company had entered into agreement to sell 1.27 lakh square meters land in Karnataka for Rs 95.12 crore.
