Members of the Company holding shares, as on the cut-off date, i.e., Friday, 09th December, 2022, shall cast their vote through the remote e-voting system. The remote e-voting period commences on Tuesday, 13th December, 2022 (9.00 am IST) and ends on Wednesday, 11th January, 2023 (5.00 pm IST).
