Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, details of amendment are mentioned as follows: ‘V. The Authorised Share Capital of the Company is Rs 75,00,00,000 divided into 7,50,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each’.
