Based on the Scrutinizer's Report submitted on 12th December 2022, the result of Remote E-Voting/ E-Voting during the EGM was declared on 13th December 2022 at the Registered Office of the Company. The Company has enclosed the results of Remote E-voting / E-voting during the EGM declared on 13th December 2022 along with a copy of the Scrutinizer's Report dated 12th December 2022.
