Sonata Software’s step-down subsidiary company i.e., Interactive Business Information Systems in the US has been merged with Sonata Software North America, which is wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. There will be no change in the shareholding pattern of Sonata Software. The merger is for the operational convenience in the US.
