CreditAccess Grameen has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has allotted 42,747 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to 22 employees, who had exercised their options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company. Out of the above, 35,000 equity shares have been allotted to Udaya Kumar Hebbar, Managing Director & CEO. The allotted ESOP shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
