With reference to clarification sought on significant movement in share price of the company, A Infrastructure has confirmed that the Company has been making prompt disclosure of all events or information that has a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc, within the stipulated timelines as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The spurt in volume of our scrip /increase in the share price is purely market driven.
