Crestchem has informed that Board Meeting will be held on 26/12/2022 on Monday at Ahmadabad office of the company at 12.30 pm (noon) to consider the matter of issuing duplicate share certificates against the lost share certificates to certain shareholders who have requested and applied for the same, and as verified and recommended by RTA Link Intime India, after following due procedure and due compliances of issuing duplicate share certificates and to take necessary board resolution to give effect to the above matter. Any other matter with the permission of chair and with the consent of a majority of the directors present in the meeting, which shall include at least one independent director.
