Welspun India reports 12% rise in Q3 net profit

Welspun India has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The company has reported 12.16% rise in its net profit at Rs 32.83 crore for the quarter as compared to Rs 29.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income from operation of the company has increased by 20.97% at Rs 765.44 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 632.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.

Welspun India manufactures home textile products in bed and bath segments such as bed linen, basic bedding, decorative bedding, terry towels, rugs and yarn.
