In terms of the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Polychem has informed that the Company had received request letter along with requisite documents from shareholder(s) for issue of duplicate share certificates. In this regard, the Company has issued duplicate share certificate to following shareholder on 16th December, 2022.
