Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), MT Educare has informed that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai has pronounced admission of MT Educare in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (‘CIRP’) under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), the detailed copy of the said order is still awaited from Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. The Company will update the further development on the same.
