Technocraft Industries (India) has informed that it enclosed the results of Postal Ballot along with the scrutinizer's report in respect of the resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 14, 2022. The company also informed that the resolutions mentioned in the aforesaid notice have been passed with the requisite majority. It also attached the certified true copy of the resolution passed by the members through said postal ballot along with the explanatory statement.
