In terms of the applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company had received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder(s), Maniben M Solanki & Sohini Mohnot. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India has received a request letter from the abovementioned shareholder(s) and have informed the Company about the same on December 20, 2022 (Proof of date of receipt of intimation is enclosed). Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. Further details regarding the same is attached.
