Both Houses of Parliament again witnessed chaotic scenes on the tenth day of Parliament's winter session today amid the Opposition’s uproar over the demand for a discussion on the India-China border situation.

The Parliament has been witnessing Opposition protests over the latest India-China clashes in Arunachal Pradesh. The Opposition parties walked out of the RS yesterday, after their demands for a debate on Chinese incursion on the borders were rejected. While, massive row erupted in Rajya Sabha (RS) as ruling and opposition members were engaged in a war of words over Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's 'dog remarks'. Kharge refused the ruling members' demand for an apology and insisted that the remarks were made outside Parliament and should not be discussed in the House. The Congress chief also slammed the government over the recent India-China skirmish along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang sector and alleged the Centre has been concealing facts.

The Winter Session of Parliament began on December 7 and is scheduled to conclude on December 29. However, according to parliamentary sources, the session could conclude on December 23, ahead of schedule.
