In terms of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Global Offshore Services has informed that pursuant to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors at their meetings held on 9th August, 2022 and 13th December, 2022, the Company has sold its vessel M.V Mana, which contributed to 10.33% of the Company’s turnover for the year ended 31st March, 2022 to GMS Mana Offshore, on 20.12.2022 pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed on 2nd August, 2022 at a price of USD 3.00 million. The said Buyer is in no way related to the Company or its Promoters/ Promoter Group/ Group Companies and therefore, the transaction does not fall under the purview of a related party transaction.
