Balmer Lawrie Investments has informed that the company has been delisted from the official list of the Calcutta Stock Exchange with effect from 21st December, 2022 consequent to the approval of its Delisting by the CSE under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. This is to reiterate the fact that the Equity Shares of the Co shall continue to remain listed on BSE, which is having nationwide trading terminals for trading by the shareholders.
