Joonktollee Tea & Industries has informed that shareholders of the Company approved the change in name of the Company vide special resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 16, 2022. Pursuant to the application made by the Company, the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, approved the same and issued a fresh ‘Certificate of Incorporation' dated December 20, 2022. Accordingly, the name of the Company stands changed from ‘Joonktollee Tea & Industries’ To 'Shri Vasuprada Plantations’ with effect from December 20, 2022.
