Kesar Petroproducts has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, on Wednesday, 21st December, 2022 at 1.00 pm at the corporate office of the Company at 404, Naman Centre, C-31/G Block, BKC, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400051 considered and approved change in Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company from Link Intime India to Skyline Financial Services for ease of operations, which will be effective from the date of entering into tripartite agreement and shifting of electronic connectivity from Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) and National Securities Depository (NSDL) to Skyline Financial Services which a separate announcement will be made to the Stock Exchanges.
