INOX Leisure, Axiscades Technologies and Bharat Forge to see some action today

INOX Leisure has commenced the Commercial Operations of two Multiplex Cinema Theatres taken on Lease basis with effect from December 21, 2022. The first Multiplex Cinema Theatre is located at R Cube Monad Mall, Shivaji Place District Centre, Rajouri Garden Metro Station, New Delhi, having 5 screens and 216 seats. The second Multiplex Cinema Theatre is located at Laila Mall, M.G. Road, Vijayawada, having 3 screens and 959 seats. The company is now present in 74 cities with 169 Multiplexes, 720 screens and a total seating capacity of 159,747 seats across India.

Axiscades Technologies has raised Rs 45 crore through the allotment of 450 Unrated Unlisted Secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) bearing a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated December 21, 2022 approved allotment of the same. 

Bharat Forge has commenced supply of forgings utilizing Green Steel, manufactured and supplied by Saarloha Advanced Materials (Saarloha), Part of the Kalyani Group. The Green steel under the brand ‘KALYANI FeRRESTA & KALYANI FeRRESTA PLUS’  are manufactured in an Electric Arc Furnace using electricity from 100% of renewable energy sources and more than 70% recycled scrap material with zero GHG footprint.

Lyka Labs has finalised and signed the agreement with Agilis Healthcare to acquire animal healthcare business. The cost of acquisition is up to Rs 3.5 crore. Agilis Healthcare is a Mumbai based company, incorporated in 2017. The company is in the business of animal healthcare, having 50+ employees. The company is marketing veterinary medicines and feed supplement products in India

MAS Financial Services has raised Rs 35 crore through the allotment of 3,500 unlisted, subordinated, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The meeting of the Finance Committee (Finance Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on December 21, 2022 has approved and allotted the same.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) has launched in house designed first of class anti-submarine warfare shallow water craft (ASWSWC). GRSE is building eight ASWSWCs for the Indian Navy, and these ‘Silent Hunters’ when delivered, shall be a potent force multiplier enhancing the Indian Navy’s capability to detect enemy submarines in coastal waters.

Lupin has launched Regional Reference Laboratory in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as part of its expansion in Central India.
