Dishman Carbogen Amcis has informed that India Ratings & Research ('Ind-Ra') has affirmed the Company's Rating for long term credit facilities at 'IND A+', for short term credit facilities at 'IND A1+', and assigned Rating for Proposed non-convertible debentures/term loan at 'IND A+’ with a 'Stable' outlook. Since the company did not proceed with the commercial paper instrument as envisaged, based upon company's request, it has withdrawn Rating for this instrument.
