With reference to the BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02.04.2019, Systematix Securities has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company’s Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from January 1, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.
