Indus Towers has informed that on the recommendation of HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on December 22, 2022, has appointed Prachur Sah (DIN: 07871676) as an Additional Director as well as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of the Company with effective from January 3, 2023, for a period of five years. The appointment of Prachur Sah shall be subject to the approval of shareholders in accordance with the applicable laws.
