Arvind Fashions has informed that the Closure of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all ‘Designated Persons/insiders’ and their immediate relatives, shall commence from Sunday, 01st January, 2023 keeping in view approval of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. Further the Closure of Trading Window will continue up to 48 hours after the date of approval of the aforesaid financial results by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Date of Board meeting for approval of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
