Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Jubilant Pharmova has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ from Saturday, December 24, 2022 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
