Future Lifestyle Fashions has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/12/2022, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2022; and the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2022. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 October 2022 and would remain closed till 1 January 2023, for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
