In continuation to letter for issue of Postal Ballot notice dated November 23, 2022, and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of Listing Regulations and Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Dynamic Cables has informed that the resolution has been duly passed by the members of Dynamic Cables with the requisite majority. In this regard, it enclosed: Voting results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations; and Scrutinizer’s Report for Postal Ballot via remote e-voting, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made thereunder. Further, as required voting results will also be submitted in XBRL mode.
