Dhani Services has acquired 100% stake (on a fully diluted basis) of Juventus Estate and Mabon Properties which collectively own the land parcel admeasuring 35 acres around at Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana. The Transaction completed on December 23, 2022.
This Acquisition will provide new business opportunities for the Company to venture into real estate business, which will provide higher value proposition to all its stakeholders.
