Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, Elantas Beck India has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1 January 2023 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled for approval of audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2022.
