Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed that the Commercial Production at the Company plant at Phase II, Village – Vadavala, Taluka – Savli, Vadodara – 391520 for manufacturing Cables and Conductors, commenced from 26th December, 2022 after successful installation of Power Supply from the Madhya Gujarat Vij Company. After successful completion of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) commenced from April, 2018, the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench has issued the final order on 20th June, 2022 and the new Board of Directors was constituted on 17th September, 2022. After CIRP, this is first time that Company has commenced its Commercial production.
