Swelect Energy Systems has completed sale of entire equity shares (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each) held in Swelect HHV Solar Photovoltaics (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) to Swelect Energy Systems, Singapore (Wholly Owned Subsidiary). With this, Swelect HHV Solar Photovoltaics has been changed from wholly owned subsidiary to wholly owned step down Subsidiary of the company with effect from December 26, 2022. The Company has received the total consideration of Rs 20 crore from Swelect Energy Systems, Singapore.
