GE T&D India has informed that in terms of the provisions of ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 up to 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2022. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be communicated in due course.
