Pursuant to its Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, The Ramco Cements has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st January 2023 to till completion of 2 days, from the date on which the Board Meeting is held for the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2022.
