Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company as amended from time to time, Som Datt Finance Corporation has informed that trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
