With reference to the BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02.04.2019, Viji Finance has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from January, 01 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December, 31 2022.
