Gujarat Fluorochemicals has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) ( 'PIT Regulations'), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st January, 2023 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2022 and are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
