Fermenta Biotech has informed that ‘Trading Window' period for trading in Company's securities, will be closed with effect from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, as may be approved at the concerned Board Meeting. During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors, Promoters, Insiders, Designated Persons including Auditors shall not, directly or indirectly trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Company's equity shares, either in their own name or in the name of their immediate relatives.
