Dynamic Archistructures has informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
