Jindal Capital has informed that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from 01st January, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2022 will be informed in due course. Therefore, all the Promoters, Directors, Connected Persons and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
