The date of meeting of the Board to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter / period ending on December 31, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/ Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
