The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st Dec 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
