Datasoft Application Software (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2023, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ending December 31, 2022. The details of the Board meeting in which the said results will be considered, shall be intimated in due course.
