V-Mart Retail has informed that the Company has opened fifteen new stores and closed six stores in the October – December quarter of FY 2022-23: The 15 new stores include two stores in Jharkhand, four in Rajasthan, five in Uttar Pradesh, one in Uttrakhand, one in Telangana, one in Madhya Pradesh and one in Tripura and the 6 stores closed include one store in Jharkhand and two in Uttar Pradesh, two stores in Bihar and one in West Bengal. With this the total number of stores now stands at 414 stores as at 31st December, 2022. This intimation is under the applicable regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
