Andhra Cements has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their mediate relatives) from 4th January, 2023 and remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2022.
